What exactly is Afterglow?
A four-step supplement protocol that helps your brain and body handle intense experiences and come back from them faster.
When your nervous system goes through something demanding, your body works through a predictable sequence: oxidative stress builds up, your mitochondria burn through their energy reserves, serotonin drops, and sleep takes a hit. Afterglow was put together to support each of these phases with the right nutrients at the right time.
It’s a recovery system built around what’s actually happening in your body, and when it’s happening.
1. How do I take Afterglow mini packs?
2 – 6 hours before your session
Take Mini pack 1 with food + water. Rest, hydrate, eat light, set intention.
At the beginning of your session
Take Mini pack 2 with water. Hydrate steadily, stay present, avoid extras.
Before you go to sleep
Take Mini pack 3. Wind down, dim lights, avoid screens.
24+ hours after the 3rd Minipack
Take Mini pack 4 for recovery. Rest, rehydrate, reflect, ease back in.
Note: It’s important not to use this pack before the others, or before the 24 hour mark.
2. How Afterglow differs from “rave supplements” on the market?
Most supplements give you one pack and call it done. Afterglow follows your biology across four separate windows.
A lot of products on the market offer a single post-event capsule. That’s a bit like turning up to fix a leak after the water has already gone through the ceiling. Afterglow uses four mini-packs, each timed to a different stage: priming your neurochemistry before things kick off, protecting your mitochondria and fighting oxidative stress while it’s peaking, supporting sleep and calming inflammation afterwards, and then rebuilding serotonin and repairing cell membranes the next day.
It’s the only protocol on the market that covers the full timeline, not just the morning after.
Afterglow is the only comprehensive protection & damage prevention supplement currently on the market.
3. Why does the timing matter so much?
Because what your body needs at hour two is completely different from what it needs on day two.
4. What kind of improvement can I realistically expect?
You should not feel a severe comedown:
Crash severity is typically ~50-70% lower when oxidative and mitochondrial stress are buffered (based on MDMA animal data with ALCAR/NAC‑type stacks).
Full recovery to baseline tends to feel more like 7-9 days than 10-14 days.
Sleep quality score over the first three nights improves from roughly 45-55/100 to about 70-80/100 when Mini pack 3 is used.
5. What kind of difference will I actually notice?
Softer crash, better sleep, and a shorter road back to feeling like yourself.
When oxidative and mitochondrial stress are properly supported, the energy and mood drop afterwards tends to be 50 to 70% less severe. People typically find they’re back to baseline in 7 to 9 days rather than the usual 10 to 14. Sleep quality in the first few nights gets noticeably better when Pack 3 is used as directed.
These figures come from animal-model data using ALCAR and NAC-type combinations. Your experience will depend on a lot of factors, so treat these as a guide rather than a guarantee.
6. Can I use it even if I haven't taken anything specific?
Yes. It works just as well after any experience that’s pushed your limits, no substances needed.
Plenty of people use Afterglow after long nights dancing, intense athletic weekends, emotionally heavy periods, or just a stretch where they ran themselves into the ground. The mitochondrial support, antioxidants, and sleep ingredients don’t require specific strain.
7. What if I forget to take one of the Afterglow mini packs?
Each pack is timed to a specific biological window. Taking two doses at once won’t make up for the missed one, it’ll just throw off the rest of the protocol. If you’ve lost track, keep going from wherever you are. And if you’re coming up on Pack 4, always make sure at least 24 hours have passed since Pack 3.
8. Is there caffeine or stimulants in any Afterglow pack?
Only a mild amount of naturally occurring caffeine from green tea extract (in the Bonus Round and The Afterglow Phase packs). It’s there for antioxidant support and cellular energy, not for jitters or keeping you up all night.
9. Can I take multiple Afterglow packs at once?
We designed each pack to work best when taken at its specific time. That’s where the real magic lies. Doubling up won’t double the effect. And just a heads-up: The Afterglow Phase mini pack (the one for integration) must be taken at least 24 hours after your experience.
10. Is Afterglow vegan or allergen-free?
Not fully. Some mini packs contain omega-3 from sustainably sourced fish oil included for its powerful benefits and superior bioavailability (your body absorbs it better this way). While Afterglow isn’t vegan, we’ve carefully avoided common allergens like soy, gluten, and dairy. No weird fillers, no artificial stuff, just ingredients that pull their weight.
11. Is Afterglow safe?
Yes! Afterglow contains only legal, food-grade supplements and vitamins. It’s designed to support your wellness before, during, and after intense experiences.
