These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of the website www.feelafterglow.com (“Website”) and any purchase of products made through this Website. The Website is operated by Zantris a.s., a company registered in the Czech Republic under company number 22482059, with its registered office at Varšavská 715/36, 120 00 Vinohrady, Prague (“Afterglow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.
By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. If you are of legal age and allow any minors under your care to access this site, you take full responsibility for their use of our services. You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful, unauthorized, or harmful purposes, including violating any laws in your country (such as intellectual property or copyright laws).

Important Disclaimer II (as on product label): Our products include more than 150 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. You should not consume this product if you consume other products that contain green tea on the same day. The product should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Protect from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25 °C. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not combine with alcohol, drugs, medications, or other supplements without professional guidance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afterglow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website, including but not limited to health outcomes resulting from misuse.
Improper use may result in adverse effects. Read the instructions provided on the packaging and online carefully. Discontinue use and consult a professional if you experience any negative reactions.
Nothing on our Website constitutes medical advice. All content and product descriptions are for informational purposes only.
Orders can be placed through our Website. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT but exclusive of shipping charges. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods as displayed at checkout. Currency is displayed in EUR. Any other payment methods and any fees associated with some payment methods are listed on the web interface at checkout.
Promotion codes are valid for the period stated, cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined unless expressly allowed. We may cancel promotions in cases of fraud or technical error.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time within the European Union: 2-3 business days on average. This is an estimate only. We are not liable for delays due to customs, force majeure, or courier issues or incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Afterglow is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
While we are confident you will love our supplements, we understand that sometimes circumstances & minds change. We want you to feel that we care, so this policy outlines the conditions under which you can return items purchased on our website.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement for most products within 14 days of receiving your goods, as per EU consumer protection laws, no justification or questions asked. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Make a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@feelafterglow.com within the applicable return period (14 days of receiving your order). Include your order number, receipt and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions and the return address. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded. Items returned must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
Return Costs
You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item sent).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm whether it meets our return conditions. If approved, a refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@feelafterglow.com with a photo and brief description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Under Czech and EU law, as a consumer you have a statutory warranty for the conformity of goods with the contract for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery.
If the goods you have purchased do not conform to the contract (for example, they do not match the description, are defective or not suitable for their intended purpose), you have the right to:

This statutory warranty is separate from and in addition to our voluntary returns and refund policy described above.
In addition to other terms set out in these Terms & Conditions, you are strictly prohibited from using this website, our products, or any of our content:

(c) in violation of any applicable international, EU, national, regional, or local law, regulation, or ordinance;

(e) to harass, abuse, defame, slander, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, disability, or any protected category;

(g) to upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code intended to affect the functionality, availability, or security of this website, any related platform, or the internet as a whole;

(j) for any obscene, exploitative, or unethical purpose; or

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our products or services if you engage in any of the above activities, without notice and at our sole discretion.
All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, trademarks, photos) is owned by or licensed to Afterglow. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Website for personal, non‑commercial purposes. Any unauthorised reproduction, scraping or distribution is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by Czech law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Courts of the Czech Republic have non‑exclusive jurisdiction; consumers may also sue in their domestic courts under Regulation (EU) 1215/2012.
