These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of the website www.feelafterglow.com (“Website”) and any purchase of products made through this Website. The Website is operated by Zantris a.s., a company registered in the Czech Republic under company number 22482059, with its registered office at Varšavská 715/36, 120 00 Vinohrady, Prague (“Afterglow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to customers purchasing from the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions where the Website is available.

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Eligibility and Acceptable Use

By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You agree not to use our products or Website for any unlawful, unauthorized, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

Products and Intended Use

Afterglow offers dietary supplements formulated to support wellbeing during the recovery process. Our products are not a substitute for a varied diet and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Our products are not suitable for individuals under 18 years of age. They are also not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women unless approved by a healthcare professional.

Important Disclaimer I: We do not encourage or condone the use of illegal substances. Our product is not marketed, designed, or intended for use in conjunction with any such substances. Our product is a dietary supplement. It is not a medication and is not a remedy for or directly associated with the use or after-effects of any substances.

Important Disclaimer II: Our products include more than 150 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Do not consume this product if you consume other products that contain green tea on the same day. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Protect from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 77°F (25°C). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not combine with alcohol, drugs, medications, or other supplements without professional guidance.

We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Some laws do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of certain rights, so the above exclusions may not apply to you in full.

Purchases and Payment Terms

Orders can be placed through our Website. All prices are displayed in USD, exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, export restrictions, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled items.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotion codes are valid for the period stated, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time, including in cases of fraud or technical error.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 2–4 business days on average, depending on destination state and carrier.

• European Union: 3–6 business days on average, depending on destination country and carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only. Afterglow is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure events, or incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon handoff to the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Your order may be subject to applicable taxes, customs duties, and import charges, which are your responsibility as the customer unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Returns, Refunds, and EU Withdrawal Rights

All sales are final except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in these Terms.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods. Where required by law, we will provide the applicable withdrawal information and instructions for exercising that right. If you withdraw from the contract in accordance with applicable law, we will process your refund as required by law.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where a legal exception applies, including where applicable law excludes withdrawal rights for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, or any other exception recognized by law.

Except for valid EU or UK withdrawal rights and any other mandatory consumer rights, we do not accept returns or exchanges on delivered products.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@feelafterglow.com with your order number, a photo, and a brief description. At our discretion and subject to applicable law, we may arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Restricted Use

You are strictly prohibited from using this Website, our products, or any of our content:

• for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;

• to solicit or encourage others to engage in unlawful activities;

• in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation;

Dispute Resolution

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our products, or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding, whether in arbitration or in court.

Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction solely to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration, without waiving the right to arbitrate the underlying claim.

For consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including any non-waivable rights to bring claims before a competent court where required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, or where arbitration is not enforceable against you under applicable law, you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic, subject to any mandatory consumer forum rights that apply under EU or local consumer law.
