Refund and Returns Policy

While we are confident you will love our supplements, we understand that sometimes circumstances & minds change. We want you to feel that we care, so this policy outlines the conditions under which you can return items purchased on our website.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement for most products within 14 days of receiving your goods, as per EU consumer protection laws, no justification or questions asked. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note the Following Exceptions to this policy:

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Items purchased from other retailers must be returned through that retailer’s return process.
  • Items received more than 14 days ago are no longer eligible for return.

How to Make a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@feelafterglow.com within the applicable return period (14 days of receiving your order). Include your order number, receipt and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions and the return address. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded. Items returned must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

Return Costs
You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item sent).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm whether it meets our return conditions. If approved, a refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@feelafterglow.com with a photo and brief description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
